I ordered (from out of town) this arrangement as sympathy flowers for a family member who just lost her husband. I could not be more pleased with the personal service and care that went into my order. After contacting me personally to discuss and hand-delivering, she also sent me a photo of the actual arrangement, which was beautiful.
